Perakende Mağazacılık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as “BB” or “The
Company”), we attach great importance to processing our customers' personal
data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698
("KVKK") and other legislative provisions, ensuring confidentiality
and security at industry standards.
If you contact us via social media platforms, the personal
data you transmit to us will be processed by partially automated means for the
purposes of carrying out customer relations management processes, carrying out activities aimed at
customer satisfaction and tracking
your requests and complaints
and on the legal basis that data processing is
mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided
that it does not harm fundamental rights and freedoms.
In
addition, your personal data may be shared with our dealers or suppliers for
the same purpose and legal basis if required by your requests and complaints.
If the
servers of the social media platform through which you contact us are located
abroad, your personal data may be hosted on these servers, based on your
explicit consent. If you choose to communicate via social media platforms,
it will be assumed that you have given your explicit consent in this regard. If

Your
personal data will be retained for a reasonable period of time until the
purpose of processing ceases, and will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by
BB after the purpose of data processing ceases.
In
accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you can contact us and make requests
regarding the following issues:
a. to
learn whether your personal data are processed or not,
b. to
demand for information as to if your personal data have been processed,
c. to
learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether these
personal data are used in compliance with the purpose,
d. to
know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred in country or
abroad,
e. to
request the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate data, if any, and to
request that the operations carried out pursuant to this paragraph be reported
to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,
f. to
request the erasure or destruction of your personal data under the conditions
referred to in Article and and to request that the operations carried out
pursuant to this paragraph be reported to third parties to whom your personal
data have been transferred,
g. to
raise an objection against consequences that may arise in disfavour of you
through analysis of your processed personal data solely and exclusively by
means of automatic systems,
h. to claim
indemnification of your damages and losses, if any, incurred due to processing
of your personal data in non-compliance with the laws.
You can
submit your requests to us in accordance with the procedures specified in
the Comminuque On The Principles And Procedures For The Request
To Data Controller. If you wish, you can also use the "Relevant
Person Application Form" at https://www.brooksbrothers.com.tr/ilgili-kisi-basvuru-formu-s in your application.
Your application requests will be finalized free of charge
as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the
nature of the request. If your request is rejected, the reason(s) for rejection
will be notified to you in writing or electronically with justifications.
